2024 Legislative Session
Our 2024 Legislative Agenda:
Ease the burden on West Virginia’s mothers, fathers, grandparents, and custodial guardians by eliminating the state sales tax on children’s diapers, wipes, formula, and other necessary products.
Support the great work of West Virginia’s crisis pregnancy centers by providing state funding and establishing a streamlined tax credit to qualifying organizations.
Protect life by passing a law that prohibits the aiding of a teen abortion without the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
Stop the reckless and fiscally irresponsible initiative to reinstate West Virginia’s death penalty.
Require age verification to access pornographic websites within West Virginia’s borders.
Strengthen the war on human trafficking by increasing the penalties for an array of human trafficking-related charges.
